T3T telecoms is part of The Blue Label Telecoms group. The app is a VAS platform for reps and agents to distribute and sell SIM cards and other VAS products in high traffic areas. The app was launched with an MVP and stayed like that over 3 years. The focus was getting a product to market, which was successful but little focus on user and market research, Users Experience, no design system, documentation and repository the platform was finding it difficult and complicated to scale.
