Remed’s View is one of Propertuity’s student residential developments in the Maboneng Precinct . Using original artwork created by Spanish street artist Remed (who also collaborated on the design of the development), heART was commissioned to further develop the brand identity and marketing collateral for the new student residences in Maboneng. The artist had used planetary systems and symbols from ancient tribal communities as the conceptual framework for his design elements, which we capitalised on to create colourful and playful graphics that caught the eye of a younger student market. A marketing campaign was also implemented in order to fill up the res with collateral ranging from brochures to digital ad campaigns.
