Brief: Our client wanted to streamline the digital channels for their business clients by offering them a full-service platform where they could fulfil their business banking needs in one place. 

Business obtained a third party vendor product to build out the new system. Our role was to understand the business requirements, Investigate and understand the capabilities and restrictions of the vendor's software as well deliver a world class experience to Investec clients whilst retaining the integrity of the Investec brand.
