12 DECADES- BROCHURE DEVELOPMENT & DISTRIBUTION
Located on the 7th floor of Main Street Life, 12 Decades offers boutique hospitality for visitors to the city of Johannesburg. With rooms designed and conceptualised by some of South Africa’s top artists and designers, including LoveJozi, Black Coffee and Dokter + Misses, heART was tasked to develop a marketing brochure and distribution plan to market the hotel to both local and international travel operators. Using the stories of Johannesburg history that the hotel designers reflected in their room design, we created a brochure that emulated a journey through time, giving the viewer an overall sense of the city’s history as they moved through the rooms of the hotel.
We based our international distribution strategy on research choosing to focus the bulk of our efforts on the existing short stay market from Germany & Asia.
